About Me
I’ve learned that the most inspiring missions often struggle under the weight of inefficient systems.
Since the beginning of my career, I’ve focused on working with teams to drive social impact and achieve results. I love connecting people and their strengths to improve systems and to learn from one another. I have over 15 years of experience directing multi-million-dollar health and development projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and donor priorities. I’ve navigated complex organizational landscapes, fostered partnerships, and driven initiatives in collaboration with governments, partners, and donors. My expertise is in team leadership, program management, budgeting, expenditure forecasting, compliance monitoring, and financial analysis for large-scale programs. I hold an MBA and MPA and speak fluent French.
